yes… lol
700 gummies can be deposited in 5 minutes for sure. it takes like 2-3 seconds to pull that lever and that makes 9 gummies. so thats like 180/minute for someone who is fast on the machine (not me)

I havnt tried to calulate how many gummie per time. A standard batch is 10000 with 3 people taking about 3.5 hrs approx.
Im coming up with 833 gummie per person an hour doing squeze bottle method.
Not sure how that rates at efficiency?
That sounds very efficient… would love to see that in action.
I can always use more help lol
Im more than happy tontrain you in the way of the squeze bottle
That’s pouring, drying and demolding?
Im not a rockstar lol
3.5 to fill molds about the sam time to demould
And a lil longer to get in package depending on how much we smoke lol
Once i get 4hp air compressor i can use my packaging machine which should save alot of time and save money on packaging labor
That’s what the other guys are doing, just wanted to clarify for the sake of who’s fastest
So id guess around 6ish hours to fill 10000 molds and demold average depending on how much smoked lol
So im not a contender ?lol
I didn’t say that at all. I asked for clarification, because others throwing numbers out there were filling, drying and demolding
