Hi guys, this forum is awesome. I just had orders for thc softgel caps. Buyer wants 50 mg 100 mg and 200 mg caps. I make my own d9 distillate and want to figure out how to fill these orders. What type of machine would i need and where do i start? Any knowledge you guys can give me will be much appreciated.

Above board? Find a manufacturer for a softgel encapsulation system you like, fill out DEA form 452

if you’re in a licensed business you can take the above-board route

Once upon a time, consumers were happy with HARD gelatin capsules… the kind you can fill by hand or with a cart farmer.
Not so much anymore.
…but that may still depend on your market.

Do you mean the soft gel caps like the fish oil?
That is far more difficult than hard gel caps
I know what kind of machine and we did make those once before
