He can’t legally compete against us. We have the patent in China, Canada and the U.S. and Europe. I can’t stay silent and let him steal our business and sell everyone counterfeit goods.

Ok, DM me your contact information, and tell me about your business and I’ll be able to send you our syringe memorandum. I have to get approval first. My boss doesn’t want me to just post it everywhere because then counterfeiters will just use it to sell our stuff.
