Getting diamonds to break clean from mason jar

Hello there

So im having a pretty hard time breaking diamons up from jars.

I finally got some clean formations but when i break them from the jar i end up with more dust than id like.

I usually get a dab tool and push down and then from the center to the perimeter of the inside scraping the bottom and pushing up crystals.

Any tips?

Use smaller str8 walled jars.

I’ve found that if you take a dabber or whatever and throw it in the oven before you start digging them out, they come right out.

Use a gloved finger. Harder but less dust

Once you break the majority of the puck off the rest come off the sidewalls and bottom quite easily.
