In a very small German town and I found HHC blunts and vapes in a random vending machine. I thought it was banned.
It s been legalized but it s still in proces
Germans are acting smart on this one
The cannabis laws still need confirmation by the bundesrath an other governement entity
At the same time Germany is implementing a NPS law ilegelizing all other substances ( 8 loop compounds have already been identified)
So basicly this is now the transition period and in about 6 weeks it should all go into effect
By doing so they avoid synthetic noids as a transition solution Wich is smart

The date s been set on the 1 april ( would be Hilarious if denailed as joke)
Until then it s NOT and in small villages I would be carefull

As it looks right now, it won´t be April 1st but more likely October 24 or even January 2025. We will know more on March 22nd…
