Oregon specifies post-decarb and requires testing of finished flower for sale, and that it be under .3% total THC. Quite a few of your peers there from what I’ve gathered
I think I’ve read requirements for testing lots elsewhere where the material was changed(trimmed, ground/rolled, etc) but I’d have to go dig after work for that
