Good morning 4200 Family! I hope you guys that have the time take advantage of the weekend weather! personally hitting the Osage national park with my Dogs for the first hike of the season to check for new fishing spots 
we just got a property value evaluated at 23% higher than we expected after paying less then 50% of the previous market value for the home, and spending a fraction of what we thought it would cost to update! 
the nursery opens in a couple months with a promising team of guys running it that I know are going to lead it the right way and just kill it with quality and should have the first round ready just in time for summer! old debts and invoices are finally being paid back and new orders being placed weekly its going to be great year Indeed

Another BEAUTIFUL day 4200! found some killer spots to try this year, water was alot deeper than I expected so hoping to snag some monster catfish! the dogs and pups did good on the walk, taking all 6 was a little tough but they had a blast in the water so was worth it, been getting into video game design and code over the last couple months in my spare time and have fallen in love with the complexity and have decided to start a small side project committed to the goal of one day releasing my own indie game! the world is full of so much knowledge to learn and and people to meet its truly wonderful! hope you all are loving life as much as possible and are taking advantage of the days ahead because this year has been KICKASS!!! Hoping you guys all have the laziest most relaxing Sunday ever!
