Future 4200 Censorship

My point is, we get it. You clean your tanks. Now stop spamming the shit out of this forum.

No, that wasn’t your point @Dirteagle

You said ā€œGet your shit straight and stop spreading bsā€ on June 14, 7:03 AM.

Then on Jun 17, 8:11 AM you accused us of ā€œpulling words out of thin air hoping that together they make a coherent thought.ā€

It’s nice to see you turn down your volume on subject matter you clearly don’t understand. I hope your business Www.farmtofinish.us isn’t as misinformed.

As passionate industry advocates and committed solvent suppliers, here at Solvent Direct we believe in responsible manufacturing practices and safe consumer products over profits while we wait for the FDA to step in and apply CFR Section 211.80 to Section 211.94 to this application.

Purity and people over profits.

Actually, I do have working knowledge in this area. Adulterated product regulations apply to everything in this industry, no need for the FDA to create a specific carve out.

I’m glad to see you’re cleaning your tanks, but you were implying that hazmat inspectors were doing pressure vessel inspections. One is not like the other, hence why I chimed in. I play with industrial and medical gases, nowhere did I bring up home heating standards. You just pulled that out of thin air.

Why did I get a plastic bucket of pentane that had trim in it? The last order of pentane came in a metal 5 gallon tank. But you managed to send us off with this one that had leaked vapors on the drive home with my driver.

I really would like a free lp100 tank or I’ll make a point to let everyone know that you send people off with contaminated plastic buckets of pentane. Might as well sprinkle some pesticides into all my batches. I don’t know if someone returned the bucket and I got stuck with it but I’m pretty upset. The only scenario I see where the trim came from me is that as the bucket went from pressurized and ready to blow vapors in your face, and then transitioned into a vacuumed down bucket (just as scary looking) that the natural vacuum it created sucked trim out of the contractor bag nearby and into the bucket.

That could have been fatal. Glad your driver is okay! And you may want to send a sample of that out for testing just to be sure.

This is very unusual and we would like to get to the bottom of this immediately. Did you bring this up to your account rep? Has an investigation been opened by our QA Team? I’m not seeing anything in the record. Please advise. Please see DM.

It is company policy that we do not accept returns of used product. If a seal is broken, we cannot touch it. I am having our QA Team reach out to you now.

@Hansel which thread was it? did we respond to @Apothecary36’s concern?

You responded with a typical solvent direct style response and then went silent when he posted pics.

@Hansel we are not on forums every day. If a customer has an issue, it really helps that they reach out to their account rep to notify us of a problem right away.

It is challenging to determine the cause of a quality concern weeks or months after the sale occurred.

Our QA Team is trying to call @Apothecary36 now to gather more information.

Our staff is available 24/7 to help with orders, deliveries, logistics and quality concerns. Just give us a call at 1-833-Pure-Gas.

Maybe he is taking notes on how terry and lidasdong handle customer service.

I appreciate you guys.

Do you really consider this a bucket where the seal has been tampered with? I literally peeled off that plastic strip before opening . I think the issue is a poorly rated pressure vessel holding a class 3 flammable liquid?
