Friend diagnosed with DSRCT Sarcoma, anyone have any experience, tips on oil ratios?

A good friend of mine was recently diagnosed with an exceptionally aggressive/rare form of Cancer. Specific diagnosis is Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumor Sarcoma. Apparently there’s only about 200 people in the world with it right now. I’m hopeful someone on here has some experience with oil treatments and ratios concerning sarcoma, rather than this rare subtype specifically. As this is a cancer attacking connective tissues in the abdomen as well bones we’re very worried about it metastasizing. Currently awaiting stage diagnosis, waiting on MRI confirmations as well as secondary biopsies. Patient is male, late twenties, and 130 lbs currently. No prescription meds.

I’m currently providing them with a 4:4:1 (Delta 9 Distillate : CBD : CBN) and were working up the daily dosage and tolerance as the patient can tolerate. Beginning at about 150mg of cannabinoids and an end goal of 5-600 mg per 24 hours.

Any tips, tweaks or advice are certainly wanted. Any advice on any part of this is greatly welcomed.

If nothing else please say a prayer for my homey.

also, Fuck Cancer

I beat stage 3 Chondrosarcoma. Cannabinoids in whatever ratio that make them comfortable are my thoughts. Sarcoma often metastasize to the lungs.

Prayers! Sarcoma crazy aggressive.

Love to hear that you beat it! Congrats my friend glad you’re still with us!

I will pass on your story to my friend, he needs some positive outcomes expressed right now. Apparently it’s in his stomach attacking the bladder and they think it has spread to the lymph nodes.

fuck man, I don’t have any advice to offer outside of what you’re already doing.

but just wanted to say sorry, that really sucks to hear. I’ll definitely keep you and the homie in my thoughts.

fuck cancer.

In my experience dealing with a close family member who had cancer, it is beneficial to separate the non intoxicating cannabinoids into another formulation so you can immediately reach the end goal with those and work your way up with the delta 9.

otherwise your delta 9 will be holding back the amount of other cannabinoids they can intake right away..

I have a gallon of cbd/cbda/cbg/cbga/cbdv/cbn made with a blend of full spectrum extracts, and isolates that I no longer have use for because they passed away. You can send me a direct message and I will send it to you.

Wish your friend the best, it’s hard watching someone you care for fight these battles. I know the feeling of it all to well.

Hopefully some of these terpenes and flavonoids may help you formulate a specialized tincture/ topical for them that will help from both sides.

I’d run it alongside side a cannabinoid cocktail just like the one @shattertramp has offered as well since it will only help further the properties of the compounds.

My dad has chondosarcoma in his hip and lost his leg to cancer and has been taking about a gram of “rso” ( full spec bho of 15+ strains) I like to use as many varieties I can in his mix to maximize all the cannabinoids . I have had him on this for 3 years or so and he recently stopped taking his chemo. We are upping his dose and changing his diet and keeping our fingers crossed. we started him slow but he is an experienced user who has been smoking his whole life. He has told me a bunch of times that it helps. His tumors are not shrinking but they have not been growing a ton either. I wish you all the luck and F*CK CANCER….
