Freeze dryer wiring

Hey guys so a thing happened and I need some quick help.

Harvestright freeze dryer, gotta love em. We have 4 of the “same” pharmaceutical models in our lab.

One of our freeze driers arc’d at the shelve cord connector on the machine side. The wire sheathing cracked and we had some exposed wires.

I ordered the terminal posts for the plug housing, cut back the cords, stripped, replaced terminals.

BUT my dumb ass didn’t take a pic of the wire orientation of the connector head.

I’ve tried what I think is all 4 possible combinations, and they all seem to just heat trays with no off. I might’ve shorted the chip. But it could also be the orientation

Does anyone have a pharmaceutical(stainless) harvestright with the light gray deustch automotive plug and black and white wiring to provide photos for reference?

Out of the other 3 “same” driers, 2 have different plugs and the one with the same plug has completely different wiring to the board and does not have color coded wiring.

Hope these help

Kinda. They’re demoing a diff wire setup with the same housing plus. It’s the wiring going into the connector unlike what the video shows. (Coming out of)

But I got accurate temp reading of the drawer which should be the skinnies. So I’ll try swapping the thicks again
