No offense but if I were you I’d take the hour it would take to at least give the equipment a proper wipe down. That stuff looks pretty gross remember just because it is used doesn’t mean it has to look abused.

When you sell your vehicle, do you detail inside and outside before, or sell a dirty ass vehicle?
I always detail mine. Imo, will fetch a better pricetag.
Reason why I sold all my equipment, and it looked and functioned as brand new. Ask @Badcookieextracts and @QCM. They both bought some of my used/new equipment.

Damn dude why the hate? Smoke some nice calming bud and realize it’s not worth it. How dirty that thing is I would never buy it in fact that’s why I rarely try buying used weed stuff. My CLS was from a former lady that sold to rich suburban moms (real version of weeds) and she took care of the stuff like it was her baby. I am still running some original seals from 2012! They pass inspection and pressure test every other week when we test the machine before doing a run.
So knowing the item was in a good condition and used with care makes a difference in the premium price you can ask. I paid 3k for 5lb system with vac oven.
