Fluidizer bed cbd isolate

Hello i tried today with a fluedized bed with cbd isolate to get higher cbd % in my hemp flowers but the isolate powder won’t move like “water” like the sand or other Powder coating powders are moving ? the isolate are just still and some dust fly’s around but when I run like powder coating powder or just sand it bubbles like water , can it be due to density and it’s much more lighter in weight or what do you guys think ?

Have a picture or brand and model of the fluidized bed ?

Ofc I can fix it I have a small scale round one that usally is used for powder coating fishing Bates with a round Whatman filter paper in the bottom and the host under it so the the air is evenly spreading thru the paper
