I’ve used all sorts of methods. These racks will go to a friends farm. Angle iron isn’t cheap and it took a while to cut and weld.

Here are a few shots of other drying methods we used over the last few years. Deciding variables included, building size, sidewall height, crew size, crop size, HVAC capacity, etc. Pro tip: don’t overpack your drying facilities.
