Item: MW Watermark Filter press skid
Location: NorCal

Dual Pumps, upgraded gaskets to operate at -60C, can run with both ethanol and heptane with these pump and gasket mods. Practically new, runs great, would totally keep it but we changed our processing steps and no longer require any post processing filtration of this size. new price was around 14K, feel free to reach out with any further questions
excuse me where you are, I might be interested in the press
with this press it helps me to remove waxes, impurities, activated carbon, celite.
correct, you can use it to filter all of those things, you basically fill it with some Celite as a filter bed using the pumps and then you can filter any waxes or carbon or anything like that. I am about 45 min north of Sacramento
I’m interested in the press. Could you tell me how it works, at what temperatures do you use it to remove waxes or impurities and if you use any filter aid for color removal.
okay. excuse any number to contact you and see some questions I have
sorry English what happens I don’t speak English I’m using a translator.
Most people use -40 or lower for fat removal, this also removes any carbon or bleaching clays as well as the filter membrane size is specifically deigned for those purposes. This style is stacked filter plates that have greater surface area than a traditional Buchner which allows for faster and larger batches to be filtered without having to clean out in between. This can be flushed and cleaned in place with minimal effort to do a complete breakdown. There are quite a few youtube videos explaining how they work online that would do a much better job than me trying to put it in words.
Does it leak a lot? What’s the flow rate and volume you filter out of this? Did you find this work well for CO2 extracts?
