Welcome Pete, the search bar here is an amazing resource i just gave the term “oregon rent” a search and this came up (Seeking a co-signer on a hemp property. No funds required, just qualifying on a loan) … not exactly what you are looking for but sounds like some people in that thread have some knowledge. Maybe they could help.

I’ve had some luck with the Capital Press, Craigslist, and Land & Farm. Those are good places to start. Also, most properties will be listed for sale 
and if you’re prepared to make an educated lease offer they will entertain it.
You can expect to find a knowledgable community and a bulletin board at every country market. Those will pretty good leads. Give them a call and check them out even if they’re just selling bunnies. Chances are they’re open to the idea and expecting “strangers” to call and offer them money. I wouldn’t expect to find a super great deal in either county. They’ve been preparing to capitalize on this for years. So expect to pay a premium and a rattling visit from the local good ol’ boys letting ya know if you cross pollinate their crop they’ll linch ya. If you’re not from the area they’ll probably give you a hard time until they know you check out (or you run yourself outta town).
The #1 best advice I can give you is to make sure you have a contract in writing!!! There’s 100,000 farm lease contract templates out there to choose from. Pick one that fits and get it signed! Make sure you address all concerns and define terms for all parties.

Do you need to have a house with it?
We have a ten acre spot right off sunset in Medford that we could potentially rent. It’s all set up already for hemp, too. And it’s secure, we have an OLCC rec grow there (separate fenced in area). No housing though. Could potentially put a trailer there.
I’m also interested in leasing hemp land preferable with housing. Dm please !
