SOLVENT DIRECT ENTERS INTO JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT WITH NITROGEN EXPRESS

LOS ANGELES, CA May 04, 2020 Solvent Direct, Inc (“Solvent Direct” or the “Company”), the industry leader of extraction-specific laboratory supply and compliance technology for the regulated extraction industry, today announced it has signed a joint venture and innovation agreement with Nitrogen Express, LLC (“NITRex”), a leading provider of liquid nitrogen based in Brea, CA. The reciprocal agreement is designed to improve delivery times, reduce costs, increase customer satisfaction and reduce sublimation rates of LN2 by both companies through their complementary operations.
