Speaking of certified organic processes…
Has anyone cracked organic CBD isolate?
I think that’s the last CBD space left to conquer.

Think 2-MeTHF which comes from biomass be certified organic? Some papers have it as a replacement for n-hexane for extractions.
Just a thought.
Yeah we do this. We only use water for our process and have USDA certified CBD and USDA certified CBG isolate.
I have seen low lipid CO2 extract that has does not need winterization but I don’t have numbers on those yields
You can definitely find ‘A’ fraction that you can use without winterization, but you’ll likely throw away 1/2 of your material.
That’s what it takes for me to get >80% cannabinoids on my CO2 THCA crude runs.
Said pictures being CO2 crude >80% cannabinoids.
How are the yields if you decarb first? …assuming you would want THC vs THCa
Which might not be the case
What state are you doing this in?
Massachusetts
Which I would have to Google without @anon64373531
I thought that was Michigan O:
Feck!
It’s definitely possible, I’ve seen it too
Same.
I though he was asking about me. Lol.
Organic ethanol 200proof is pretty cheap and works great for disty . Its what i ran for 6 years . Somebatches used detatured with heptane for larger farms material. I wouldnt change anything looking back .
I’d consider doing butane extraction vs anything else or solventless hash. If you need help with anything feel free to shoot me a message. It seems a quality product is what you are after releasing.
To separate HTE into magical fractions for better and tastier formulations
Some guys use chromatography for this step but I only know how to remediate pesticides with chromatography
Ya, you can distill terpenes from all types of extracts with a short path. The key is to make sure there’s no fat in the extract before the distillation so the fatty acids don’t rancidify and ruin your whole aroma profile.
Ethanol extraction for higher output, If you’re planing on just making disti. But is BHO definitely more versatile!
Most of the solvent is recovered and won’t make it past decarb anyways
…and if it makes it past decarb. Then WFE and vacuum pumps are gonna take a beating.
On a serious note it’s not decarbed if solvent made it to WFE
