That works out to about 20mg oleoresin per ml EtOh which is near the solubility I have seen for THC in EtOH azeotrope at cryo temperatures. At -20 F freezer temperatures the solubility goes up a lot. I’m getting good recovery from 100 grams of biomass with 2.5-3 liters of EtOH in three extractions with the third having a chromatographic top layer. That works out to a little over 3 gallons per pound of biomass if I haven’t sampled too much product. I could probably back off to two extraction…
