Imagine all the little gems that would get lost if we just deleted stuff because we didn’t like someone. For instance @rowan again. Wiki team basically scrubs crap off gems and puts them in a display case.

All those people complaining should be flamed. Sure flame the newb but link them to the right thread or dont say anything at all. There is a Help and Support category and at least they are admitting defeat posting there. Any type of questions where someone puts a spoon emoji probably should be in this category, which should make the spoon emoji redundant.
If someone doesn’t like newbs, hiding this category should shield you from some of it.
