Euphorinol (EPN)

It seems like with the THC/CBN/HHC analogs that the optimal alkyl chain length is between three (propyl) and six (hexyl)

Anything above or below that and you start getting freaky side effects

This may become a problem in the US if the analogue act is affected by the reclassification of cannabis to schedule 3. I was wondering if all the K2 era full agonists would see a resurgence at some point. I hope we can reign this in, but I doubt there’s an easy path. The previous games of regulatory whack-a-mole were laughable

I’ve been hollering about THC-C1 and the cannabiorcols for a bit. Methyl tail means these have so little affinity for CB receptors that they bind elsewhere (TRPA1). Could be really good for use against pain/inflammation.

HU-210 is a highly potent synthetic cannabinoid, first synthesized in 1988 by a team led by Dr. Raphael Mechoulam at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. [1]

Here is what makes it unique:

  • High Potency: It is a potent agonist of both CB1 and CB2 cannabinoid receptors. Depending on the metric, it is roughly 100 to 800 times stronger than Δ⁹-THC (the active component in natural cannabis).[1, 2, 3, 4]
  • Origin and Name: The “HU” stands for Hebrew University. [1, 2]
  • Illegal Status: Because of its high potency and abuse potential, HU-210 is classified as a Schedule I controlled substance in the United States. It has been detected as an additive in synthetic herbal blends like “Spice”. [1, 2, 3]
  • Primary Use: Outside of illicit street usage, its primary legal use is restricted to highly regulated, basic scientific research to understand the endogenous cannabinoid system. [1, 2, 3]

We need somebody to make and then try three compounds: CBN-methyl, CBN-ethyl and CBN-hexyl @dankfrank

Is it 800x more potent or does it bind to receptors 800x longer/better? It’s an important distinction because people may have strong tolerances and trying to find something stronger… but don’t consider they could be stuck in a very uncomfortable situation with possible permanent side effects/damages.

Gas station vapes have been known to cause a shitty high that lasts anywhere from 6 to 24 hours!

How highschool kids smoke that shit on the regular is beyond me and has me deeply worried!

Yeah, it’s extremely concerning… while at the same time- when I was their age… the weed I bought was sprayed with ungodly chemicals in Mexico, compressed in plastic bags, and stored in tires/Vaseline for days. I don’t know what’s worse… full agonist cannabinoids or eagle20+tire flavor.

I just assume any disty cart sold on the street or at a bodega is THCP at this point! @Ganjineer710

The now I know, the shorter my supply chain gets.

80x potency at CB1 can kill people.

Yeah :octopus:. That was when 1 ounce of that shit was like 60$ back in 2008. The dirt mersh days :slightly_frowning_face: don’t miss that shit worth of shit. I had to go through my brother and sister for good weed which was twice as much in cost as the shit I was getting.
