ETS loses big court case and fired all it’s employees

Good day to you Killa12345,
This is the Media/Marketing guy over at Summit Research. Just wanted to clear up any misunderstanding about Summit being closed. Although we have moved location in the last year, we are open and will continue to ship out every day. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Regards

Up till this year, We shipped through Guam. It don’t matter if the steel comes from guam, Japan or china. It all carries a 25% import tax right now. It will save me the extra 10% china tariff but the increased shipping cost would totally wash out the 10% I’m saving.

Hopefully this is the only container I need to ship this year. If you seen my ig post showing FCL shipping prices. It’s gonna get crazy expensive once some of these cheaper boats fill up. The pricing yesterday was between $4000 and $23k for a full container. Once them cheap slots are full. It’s gonna be a butt pounding for others

Shiii this is our best year since 2020! Granted a large portion of our revenue is from other industries outside of Cannabis. Additionally, we are also more than happy to provide support for any ETS systems!

THIS!!! Hit the nail right on the head. Just around 25% of our yearly revenue in 2025 has came from our Online Marketplace. And you are correct, we differentiate outside of Cannabis which has helped immensely! I don’t see us (BVV) going anywhere anytime soon.

If anyone here with an ETS has one of their Cold Stock Box parts list can let us know what those part numbers translate to in terms of replacements, it would be very helpful in helping to find the proper parts to keep them running. I’d love to gather more info on what exactly everyone needs for regular upkeep and maintenance!

What does losing this case mean for other hydrocarbon extraction equipment distributors and companies using their equipment?

Nothing unless they owed pinnacle money just like ets. lol. Gene pool didn’t put them outta business. They did this shit to themselves.

I mistook and thought this was in regards to the IPR cases. Anyone know whatever happened with all that?

Gene Pool will likely go after the next biggest on the list and waste some of that companies profits…

Hopefully they arent getting sued by 2 other companies at the same time otherwise they can meet the same fate.

Who else?

If I owned one of these companies I’d honey pot the owners of the gene pool up and make them sign it over

2 of those companies have a lot less exposure, and probably would do the same as i would

Which is just try to stay under the radar?

all are exposed but 2 less than the other 2. BVV probably have the best diversified portfolio and id imagine sells less money in extractors than the other 3. i think it would be easy for them to stop selling extractors and still thrive. The other 3… im not sure.

id have to think bizzy is the most exposed… maybe luna.

Didn’t they file all these in 2001?

How long till it’s not an issue

December 27th of 2033

My understanding is royalties can be awarded retroactively.
