I think @Killa12345 is right about other industries. My boss has a background in manufacturing and gets pumps and stainless fittings from them every week. He knew about them before I noticed what company the packages were coming from.

Its so similar for me too. ill open up my shipstation somedays and as im packing some of these orders. Ill see some crazy fortune 500 company or university and ask myself how the fuck did they find me.

Then if you do right by these companies enough times. Their purchasing department reaches out. You apply to be a vendor with some of these companies and universities… then its just like a pipeline of money that comes in.

Its crazy some of the companies i work with on a monthly basis. I really wish i could put a list of them on my website, but i like to keep some of this confidential so my competitors dont try to steal my accounts like half my cannabis accts over the years.

This year should be an interesting year for companies that import chinese goods like me. I have already seen a MAJOR increase of shipping prices due to the new tariffs and im expecting to get ass raped in customs this month with not only new chinese tariffs but new steel tariffs on top of the chinese tax.

i think some companies are in for a rude awakening this year.

I also have some open business with ETS. We recently paid for some parts, repair and service. I was told everything could happen in May when the parts for a chiller arrived. Since reading about this, I have gotten all my emails kicked back. I reached out to technicians, sales and even some of the better known people who run the company. I do not have everyone’s company contact but all company emails I do have appear to be inactive right now.

If anyone has the numbers or emails of someone who was running or working at ETS who may be willing to respond or discuss the situation please reach out to me. DM is fine. I really just would appreciate a conversation with someone from ETS willing to discuss our situation.

Any assistance getting in touch with ETS is greatly appreciated!

ETS Elliot here!

It’s frustrating that patent trolls put so much pressure on us and our vendors that even our own family ended up in conflict. ETS was doing its best to stand up for the industry, but they got in over their heads. This isn’t the end of the MeP or the Delta centrifuges we all know and love—there’s more to come!

In the meantime you can contact me for ETS trainings and technical support on Pinnacle, ETS, ETS’s booths, and Delta equipment.

I’m asking around and will check back in if I hear anything. It would surprise me if ETS left people high and dry, but I’m often surprised by things.

Figured I’d drop in here for an update.

I can’t speak much about what’s going on as there are a-lot of moving pieces and things out of our control. When we have more answers and what moving forward looks like, we will be public and transparent with what we know.

Sorry it had to get to this point, nobody wins in this situation.

Yo are we ever getting the delta rfd27 retrofit cap and motor?

Did you order this from ETS?

We were so close to finishing that project for the RFD upgraded drive train. Unfortunately you will have to wait until the next person picks up all of this equipment. I am working on sourcing the correct parts for the current design right now. Lets keep in touch!

What was the issue with the current delta design?

We got plenty of specialist in are arsenal that are trained for service and repairs as well that we bring in to help with service and repair jobs, We also happen to know the guy that knows where all the spare parts are stored and have access to them and can assist with any need parts for labs in dire need now that ETS out of the game!

IG:supplythebrand check us out!

is the increased price from Tariffs both on shipping and hard goods?

The seal at the top for the wiped film/heidolph would only last about a year before it needed to be rebuilt. The upgrade switched it to a mechanical seal and lasted so much longer.

We just seen both. Shipping direct, I’ve seen at least a 20% increase in shipping cost. Probably due to the high demand of shipping trying to get in supplies before there particular industry has tariffs enacted.

Tax free freight lines to places like Guam used to be like 15% more than going direct but now it’s like 40% more which really almost eliminates the reason people like me use tax free lines.

With no cost effective tax free lines, there is no getting around paying import customs fees which now have a 10% tariffs on all Chinese goods on top of the current steel tariff of 25%.

There really isn’t a way around it. In trumps first term when he enacted similar tariffs. We weren’t in a trade war with Canada. We would just ship the containers to Vancouver and truck them into the US. That hole closed then companies started shipping to places like Korea, Guam, and Vietnam for repackaging. But that seems to be over now too.

The Chinese are very smart. They will eventually figure out a way around this but for the first 6-9 months. It’s gonna be costly.
