Anybody else hearing about this supreme court case? Does this nullify our 4th amendment? What does rhe future fam have to say?

4th amendment has been dead, between FISA and the ‘constitution free’ areas within x distance of a border

The govt is also the only part exempt from RICO

It’s not dead unless you are smuggling illegal immigrants, probable cause is still needed, and it has to be related to immigration and within the 100miles of a border, which the case is about an inn on the Canadian border, which had a guest staying there whom they had suspected of something…

If they include international airports as borders, then it’s alot more dead, possibly

Chain conspiracy precedents might allow them to expand powers to include drugs, since they can claim they came from/are going somewhere out of the country
