Mini Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Brownies made with Rosin chip-butter.

Decarb chips, Butter… Bain-Marie on low for a few hours, cheesecloth strain, viola! Offensively strong Brownies.

I’ve been really getting into Patisserie. I was head baker in the joint. My cornbread was so moist and sweet, dudes would show up talking “I’ve heard about the sweet cornbread here is fire”. :sweat_smile:

We’re calling it candy coated rope, same for the sour skittles, our packaging calls it sour coated candy. Can’t use their name obviously lol

Nerds are hard but the gummy inside is a very soft but chewie pectin gummie.
