That will depend on the size of the rig/amount of solvent.

My rig doesn’t like more than 12-13s or it’ll rapid boil and shoot etho all over the microwave. So, I go 1 second less.
If you want to clean diffusers or bowls, place the piece in a 1 gal ziplock bag, fill with desired amount of iso or everclear squeeze the bag up to the piece. Lock the zip then shake like crazy. I usually do that outside.
I usually clean my rig outside too.
Yeah, that’s something I mentioned last night while performing your trick at a fraction of the time on a small amount of iso.
Wattage, volume of solvent, initial temperature, time, and I’d imagine surface area all play a role in the equation.
Just remember kids, heating 5ml of solvent with 1.5kw for 25 seconds will not give the same results that heating 50ml would. Thermodynamics.
