Distillate and CDT

I’m sure this topic has been covered many times, but I need to create a more efficient SOP for filling vapes, for a small/medium sized vape cartridge brand, and am having a hard time finding information pertaining to my current batch size.

Some background:
Average batch size is 5 strains times 1 liter (5 total) per week. Equipment is sparse we have access to a conventional kitchen oven, microwave, smaller table oven, thermo scientific mag hot plate, SHAARB filler gun, basic glassware (beakers, syringes, stirrers), heat gun, adjustable temp glass warmer, heat gun, temperature gun, and drill with paint mixer attachment.

Our current SOP and equipment have gotten us by for batches on the smaller end but now I’m considering that there are some inefficiencies and bottlenecks in our procedures that will be exacerbated by the batch size

We’ve been flashing the distillate in the microwave until it reaches 70-80c, then putting it on the mag stirrer, adding CDT (4-7%), mixing by hand (now drill with mixer attachment due to batch size), filling with a SHAARB 25mL handheld filler, capping, wicking for 10-20 mins in the mini oven at 38-48c, then being packaged up. It’s me and an assistant for the whole process.

Right now the bottleneck is every step, the worst would be heating, mixing, and cleaning equipment between strains. We know it’s rugged but it’s what we have to make do with currently. Any advice, tips, criticisms, upgrade suggestions, would be greatly appreciated.
