Trying to figure out a way to offer 100 flavors of vape carts without opening myself up to a massive theft. I want to do both ful gram and half gram. We prepackage and display each flavor right now and we are using a tote to keep all of the inventory in but it is a pain to search thru each bag looking for the specific flavor and size that the patient wants. We also do a daily inventory count. There has got to be an easier way to do this. Im worried that having close to $100,000 worth of inventory on the wall is going to eventually be too much temptation for burglars. Has anyone figured out a good system?

Usually a safe/vault to keep inventory secure and only having maybe 5 of each flavor in the general area at a time.
It sounds like you just need to be organized better. Why are all your flavors mixed together in one tote?
The logical simple answer would be get them all sorted and then build a shelf or tote that separates them cleanly.

Get a badass safe and bolt it to the ground. Im sure the safe would cost farless then a robbery would.
Keep 20 of each flavor outside of the safe, for stocking.
1 of those 20, get put onto the shelf for display.
Only let managers or one or two employees have access to the safe, and change the combo every week/month.
If you really are worried about a robbery happening, get a silent trigger alarm setup inside the safe, maybe bluetooth powered so a wire cant be cut or easily located.
If you have a dedicated room for the safe, put a magnetic strip on the door and the safe and dont let both be open at the same time. If the safe is open, door wont open and vice versa.

Put a magnetic lock on a drawer, and call it good. Until you can afford a safe… Because you really should have a safe.
