After our conversation today I’m almost 100% certain it is the solvent supply. Like you said most people crash sugar or micro crystals and never notice the opacity. Anyone that grows nice rocks is having the issue. Time to find somone to test the gas straight from our process tank.

What do you y’all all have in common? Is it a pesticide, do you all have Cortland gas…it’s gotta be something

We’ll test it if you can get it to us. I can get you an SOP to pull a single phase sample so the shipping isn’t insane. Or you can talk to Tyler about putting it on the truck next time they send their empties back. Same goes for you @Dukejohnson if you’re interested.

No one having the issue is running Cortland gas, yet. Awaiting testing to see if our gas fixes the problem or not. That’ll tell us where to go with further testing.

I run ur gas w no issues on the far east coast
Also run high precision gas w no issues in OKC

Diversified, but yes. Outside of us (Cortland) that’s the vast majority of the supply.

I use gas innovation’s had a very bad experience with cortland gas from another company. Theres only so many choices

@GasLogix-Adam is the bees knees and will do next to anything to come through for his customers. If there was ever a mistake he’d for sure make it up to you.
He is the forum gas guy as far as I’m concerned
I ordered a tank late once and he had it delivered at 9am the next day….

Ya it was the hydrocarbon company and honestly knowing there practices and who was working there m, they were still selling rhs tanks 2 yrs after they closed. Its what started that whole thread where I asked if anyone had used them before and nothing but bad comments about that company not so much cortland. Thats just what was on there tanks, dumped 3 120#’s. Willing to try them just not being bought from the hydrocarbon company

I’m familiar with your prior experience and I apologize for the way it went down. I wish I had been around to help you out at the time. The Humboldt location is still THC but if you’d like to give the product a shot at anytime in the future, I’ll pull whatever strings I can pull to oversee your account personally and make sure you’re taken care of.

Honestly it was blown way outta proportion, i was just curious because my set up was acting really weird at the time and literally replaced every hose gauge, chiller fluid etc. I was running straight iso and when the tank that was hooked to a chiller that was -40 was say80-90 psi theres a problem and the chlorine smell was bad. I really didn’t like being lied too by them and then saying things to others I personally know aren’t true, i was there. Is there a way to get gas from you without them involved

Without any touches by them, not currently in your area (I mean I could ship you orders directly but it would be cost prohibitive outside of substantial volumes). What I can do is be your point of contact to ensure smooth service and address any concerns that may arise without calling you a liar.

That last sentence is gold,I appreciate it. I’ve been in this to long to be told things by people who know me and know i know. Its insulting. Ill hit you up tomorrow i don’t have a problem getting bulk gas. Obvious depending on what bulk would be but I’m down to try it, if its able to be done. It honestly was more the way it was handled and them using back channels to reach me because it was hurting them. I would rather not support the company I’m currently buying gas from anyway.

I totally understand man. I don’t like being treated that way either. DM me when your schedule permits and we’ll figure it out for you, few options that may work. And I don’t do the high pressure sales thing so if there’s not a good option for you, it’s all good bud.
