I’m looking for an easy formula to turn 10kgs of 0.4% THC, 85% CBD Distillate into non-detect oil adding MCT oil and 99% CBD Isolate. How much Isolate and MCT oil would do the trick?
Do some simple math and tell us what you think. This is easier to figure out than you think.

“Non detect” is not a concentration.
What thc concentration would you like to reach ?

You’re not going to hit ND but if your goal is hit compliant THC content then you just need to use a calculator

(Initial weight) X (Initial Concentration) = (Final Weight) X (Final Concentration)
Final Weight = Initial Weight + Weight of Isolate/MCT Added
The concentration you are worried about is the THC, so start there, than you can calculate your new CBD concentration.

Or at least do the math and tell us what adding 10 kg of isolate to your 10 kg of full spec will actually do for your concentration of THC…

Save yourself and customers headache of adding MCT to distillate thats not intended for a tincture or edible. MCT SHOULD NOT BE VAPED.
If you are trying to make it compliant to ship, consider using a solvent to dilute that can be removed.
