Denatured Ethanol with n-heptane

Shady biz practices or denatured? Lol

Ethanol and denatured ethanol

I’ll say this, in my experience with denatured the higher the barrel price from q supplier usually means they are doing the 99.9999% mix up and not technical grade etc … The whole quality labeling thing at bottom barrel prices is the sellers playing thier luck on profits vs banking on nobody suing them over a bad solvent order. I’m a huge stickler on high quality solvents. I’ve yet to have a customer using a hplc ever call me and say the solvent threw off the machine. But I can’t say the same thing for other sellers.

Buying quality has a tendency to pay off.

I decided it wasn’t worth arguing with you or feeding into your drama. You can continue to photo shop your labels on stock pictures from the internet and post more adds. When you are ready to step up from usp  to hplc you can call my office and bring that purity game up. We’ll be there, when youre ready. Using people’s comments as content to push your agenda and feed shows you are immature. You sent me a coa with 99.3. That’s not even impressive. If you show me 99.99+ consistently I would be more impressed. Don’t forget you can always give me a call if you want that hplc grade.

I sent you the name of the company that made the claim that they purchased from solvent direct and it came in Iris labeled drums. Maybe you should take your gripe up with them. I would be reported for posting thier name here.

@SolventDirect

Dm me with a price on a 5 gallon of 200 proof food grade (NON-denatured) please. With all the gov taxes, etc.

He has usp. I have hplc. Bring me his quote when your done and I’ll beat it with better quality.

I have a local pick up for 250.00/5g of food grade 200 proof.

Can you match or beat that?

Just so everyone is aware, USP stands for ā€œUnited States Pharmacopeiaā€ which means it can be used in most pharmaceutical applications as a solvent.

Elliot, before you jump on this, I worked in Pharma for long enough to know my shit about USP solvents.

I understand the need for purity. But why do we need hplc over USP grade alcohol. I dont think a company like pfizer using hplc grade so why would we need to go that extreme for cannabis?

This is a good thread as to understand all the differences. Pure gold in this thread!

So then you know USP is a label that’s tossed around, and not exactly as clean as hplc. We supply higher grade solvents becusee as noted earlier usp can easily be 99.3 as shown in the coa previous sellers have supplied.

Well first off. I sell hplc for the same price as usp.
Second to note is the high purity and guarantee free from foreign solvents. Not sure how that can be anything but a plus.

Come into the shop with that receipt and show us. I do know hazmat ship fees are alot different than pickup.

I’m in Detroit area.

Well, you should stick to pickup then if that tickles your fancy better. No hurt feels. I can beay any price but then there’s shipping and hazmat to deal with.

I did mention I can local pickup 4 posts above.

I must be lost. How do you local pickup from Detroit.

I get in my damn jeep and drive the 45 mins it takes me to get there.

Does someone need more coffee in the am to keep up?

Geesus!
