I remember during the prohibition era headshops and glass galleries were usually pretty strict on the etiquette and they didnât even allow minors into the store, you couldnât even look at stuff let alone buy it without being 18. It feels like things have changed in the vape store & gas station era or maybe the difference is that they are only required to ID at point of sale. Prob pointless but idk, I think the headshop(18 to enter) model limits exposure to kids, some gas stations are wild nowadays.

Texas vape ban that slid under the radar and becomes law 9/1/25, seems to cover pretty much any cannabinoid or legal highs and the smyle co style penjamin/common object lookalike batteries. Class B misdemeanor to sell it if Iâm understanding correctly
