yessir it will be sent through state testing agent :+1:

here you are admitting and conspiring to interstate drug traficking and fraud @Lightbulb

What is the stance on THCA flower that you want us to cover? At this point the issue is strictly based on interpretation of the law. That means lawyers should be chiming in.

We wrote and spoke about D8-THC because it is specifically a testing issue.

is thca flower not alao a testing issue? why are you they say so on compliant D8? are you testing thca flowewr post decarbalation along with usda rules ?

No, because if someone believes the material they send in for testing to be hemp, then they can legally use USPS or UPS to ship it.

D8-THC is a testing issue because the specificity of the test methods used dictate whether something is hemp or not.

isnt that thew same with d8? how do we know your method is the one for truly compliant?

isnt that the same “thca hemp” lol

Because we can prove baseline resolution R>2, which is the standard for testing drugs. Other labs cannot show that resolution on HPLC.

you sure about that? your the only lab that can get baseline resalution on d8? kinda wierd so no other DEA certified labs like ACS cant get baseline resalution ? hmmm also wierd

DEA registration doesn’t mean anything when it comes to methods. It is the same registration a pharmacy gets. It means we can handle scheduled drugs.

Yes, most labs in the industry cannot achieve R>2 baseline resolution between peaks in a D8-THC mix. We’re not the only one, but most cannot.

so you saying the testing industry is that bad? i mean thats a pretty bold statement

It is why we started the company and why we developed fit-for-purpose methods.

No, I’m saying the industry is great at testing plant materials and phytocannabinoids.

D8-THC and synthetics is a separate issue entirely.
