@kcalabs Is that peak after the large elution the d9? I’m wondering if the large peak is a mix of d8/d10 eluting too close together for the machines to separate cleanly.

The d9 should be before the d8 on the HPLC. These reactions seem to have somewhere between half a dozen to a dozen THC isomers in them. They’re probably all in that peak.
