It’s so… beautiful.
If that’s not worth it then I’m not sure what is.

Just saying as this is a swinging constest.
only reason I brought up the out of state factor was that, not talking nd, just greater then .29 i was thinking that if my lab says d9 .29 or less but I know you tested the last batch above .29 but yet it tested at .29 or less from my labs, am i breaking the law by having the history of this issue documented which would mean I’m not sending this in good faith now? In my best estimate and others I would expect, sending you the hot distillate, despite my labs testing below .29, I’m breaking the law due to lack of the ability to establish good faith and the liability falls on the processor?
Breaking the law, but having a paper trail from a third party lab probably won’t matter. If the material is hemp derived and needs to be tested then it can be sent to a lab for testing. Liability falls on whoever has possession and then they’ll follow the supply chain up.
Maybe I’m not following you completely, so please clarify if that’s the case.
That’s pretty much what I was thinking
are you then obligated to report a hot sample to the authorities if tested? and if the authorities do sieze in trasit, are you required to report who sent it?
We test too many hot samples to report. We just have to keep records.
374 labs in sparks can do it too
What needs to happen is MS confirmation which no ones doing (except kca and 374), if they were doing it they’d re evaluate there method because they’d know there’s d9 in there and there not getting correct seperation
Im about to try and have anresco MS a " compliant " sample i had tested to show them there wayyyy off
Hopefully this will cause them to start asking questions about their method and how to improve it
