You really cannot delete an account here. Although Discourse supports it, it breaks conversations to have posts removed like that. You can request to have it me anonymized but, at a guess, you won’t. The simple thing to do is just not come back if you disliked the people here. But you instead wanted to voice it.
I suggest you grow thicker skin. @cyclopath was entirely correct in trying to help you on your sales thread, and put in effort into doing so. There are plenty of idiots and assholes here too, but there are at least some uses to the place in the midst of the shitshow.
Regardless of if you decide to stay, keeping a level head while facing any sort of perceived criticism will only serve you, and if the source of the perceived criticism is trying to insult you, they will fail to affect you. When i think someone is being mean to me I ask “what if they are right?” Instead of knee jerk reacting

As far as @lolwut’s get a thicker skin: how about simply changing how you look at things when someone tells you “you got that wrong”?
if I get something wrong, I consider it a good thing, because it means I have a new learning opportunity.
I tried to explain best practices, and demonstrated how you could achieve them with minimal effort.
You could have A) tried to wrap your head around why your “easy button” was a fail B) learned how to fix it.
You did neither, and decided I was a sociopath for trying to help.
So folks made fun of that. Including me. Because YOU asked for a meme…
At this point I don’t care if you learn to fish or not, I tried and failed to teach you skills I figured would be useful. Most of that is on you imo…
However, failing to learn from that would be a mistake on my part…unfortunately I don’t see much here other than “you’re mean, you said I did it wrong.”

It is really uncanny how many new users cannot take a God damn step back & read. Hell, there’s not even that much subtext to it more often than not.
Complaining that one of the most helpful contributors on this site hurt your feelings to the extent you need to run off with your tail between your legs after your account is deleted is telling of mental acuity & emotional maturity.
