Most folks use molecular sieves to dry their ethanol but I was curious as to anyone using anhydrous magnesium salts (Epsom) to act as a dessicant- would having traces of Epsom in my ethanol adversely affect a cryo extraction? Just wondering if I need to be super clean about filtering off any Epsom powder.
Molecular seives are the better option, because they will allow you ro reach a higher proof than magneisum sulfate.
Having dessicant powder in your solution wont affect your extraction at all tho.
