DEA says D8 from Hemp is not a Controlled Substance

Children’s oncology I see d8 fitting way better then d9z

But selling d8 in gas stations will very much prevent Pharma taking some companies seriously.

Which was basically my whole point.

But risks can be mitigated by buying tested materials from a licensed source.

I most certainly do not subscribe to that notion. I am simply emphasizing d9’s several thousands years’ worth of, if you will, crowdsourced proof-of-efficacy-and-safety studies. That is why it is generally accepted. It has a story behind it.

D9 will eventually face competition from things like 9R-HHCV, -HHC, and -HHCP, among others. D9 is a molecule with flaws, flaws that d8 doesn’t exhibit, and that is why you may have seen it clinically studied.

But the exploitation of a perceived legal loophole to provide d8 on a mass scale with little, if any, oversight, and making it accessible to kids young enough to still appreciate the comedy in Spongebob Squarepants. That’s deplorable.

Marginally better, if at all, is my verdict.

With very few exceptions, studies of d8 in a clinical setting lack the head-to-head comparison with d9.

Well said minus the last paragraph IMO. Last paragraph is exaggerated / sensational.

I don’t think so.

That’s literally how you get things banned

Theres a reason the widest circulated article is the one from the FDA talking about children’s ER visits/poison control events

I come from a time where that was the first rule: Don’t Sell to Kids, maybe things have changed.

Even age verification don’t mean shit these days with technology. You can literally buy this shit off the internet. My kid has had a credit card since 13. He Ubers everywhere and your not supposed to be able till 18.

It’s a joke. It’s the parents duty to make sure your kids doing the right shit.

Who would win - one horny old gas station owner or one underaged girl dressed to impress?

When I was a young dumb high schooler the hottest girl in the group would try to get our cigarettes and wraps. She would usually succeed. I even dressed like a girl once and got it. Awkward.

Here’s an article that is obviously 100% accurate and should be trusted (also where I got the meme):

And I lack the proper equipment to comment on what happens in women, we should consult one of the lovely ladies that love ladies for that.

Who is intentionally selling to kids?

I am in these stores all the time. I haven’t met any store owners / managers who I suspected of selling to anyone under age. I make all of them sign a contract saying they won’t or face penalties, but it doesn’t feel totally necessary because they are overly cautious not to anyways, despite lack of legal age requirements in many cases. They all follow the cigarette age requirements for D8 & CBD.

Online is a different story. I know I would have found a way around age verification as a high schooler. We don’t sell D8 vapes online. Never have.

If history has proven anything, it’s that banning stuff totally keeps kids from doing it
