I took a bunch of dabs for him all today and yesterday.
Even if I have never talked to them or known them and theyāre a respectable person, I will always honor/respect their passing.

I had the pleasure and privilege of working with David B a few times over the past few years. He was a genius, had a deep passion for organic chemistry, and above all was a great man to hang out with, or even just speak to from time to time.
Personally in his memory, I will reflect on this tragedy and through him be a better man, be a better engineer. We all get close to the edge of safety in this industry, we get pushed by investors, customers and/or timelines. We take some risks. I plan on taking less.

I am gona start looking into bf3 on dcm for high D9 again for several claim 95%+ D9
So it seems possible
I would also recomend every body to look into and focus on ionic liquids , click chemistry reagents and anion/cation beads there must be solutions to our problems in these reagents
I have not found one singel one that is great
But there are many so I still have hope to find
Some that will do the trick at scale

Fuck man Iām sorry. Losing things that said person who passed is owned is as tragic, thats one of the few things they may have left behind for people to view. It would have made an impact. Iām sorry to hear. Its more low blows to the gut I feel more and more everyday.
Why is it that the week my account is unlocked theres an influx of bad news. First thing I see when I get on here is thumpers dog missing and him being in a poor state, labs exploding and actual fucking good people passing away due to it.

This is one hell of a way to carry on a legacy. A strain for the fallen.
Do me a favorā¦ if I go out (and letās face it, itāll probably be from something unheroic and completely embarrassing), someone start a strain in my honor.
I couldnāt think of another way to be remembered and I think doing that for David would be an amazing thing to carry on his name/work/legacy.
