Probably too much gas, let it sit barely capped [image] Capped, medium. Oven overnight [image] This morning [image] Still bubbly, firm cap and back in the oven [image] This afternoon. all done. That’s the consistency I was looking for. Easy to package. Smells crazy good. [image] It worked just like you guys said it would. So cool. Thank you. Now onto some bigger batches.
