I don’t think it was cut 87% This lab has messed up on they way COAs have read and it’s usually fixed with a phone call. Again my bad

We spend a pile on testing each month. We use ISO certified labs and the results never match. I have spent half the last two days talking with labs all over the country. I have spoken with multiple folks who received any of the third pass samples and offered to make it right with them. All the posted COAs came straight from the labs. We have not strayed from our SOPs but we have seen drastic changes in the lab results over the last week. We have samples out to 6 ISO certified labs. I appreciate everyone who has tried to put us on blast instead of reaching out but I get it. I want to be producing quality products and I am 100 percent behind getting to the bottom of this. I will share all the results with the community when we have them. Thanks

Man we are not cutting anything. Please read the bottom line on the lab results we are now referring to as gospel. No doubt the potency is not there. I am not hiding from refunding anyone. If you ask anyone who has done business with me they will confirm that.

How long has your product had this issue?

I’ll take a rip for science :v:t2:

As a business who also sells delta 8 let me just say that when your testing for delta 8 make sure you highlight that with the lab. Its also important to know a lab that has consistently tested for delta 8. We have had samples tested at different labs and it came back different each time. We tested gummies that registered some d9 when the orginal coa tested loq d9. So it really does come down to the lab. @Photon_noir @CO_Chromatography what do you think about d8 turning back to d9 when made into products ?

I’m only joking around bro. I know this isn’t a joke but tryin to lighten the mood. Don’t think you would cut something 87%. Nor would anyone

edit - i’m a salty bitch my bad

edit - I’ve never seen d8 below .3 thc and think the vast majority of guys selling D8 that claim its below .3% D9 are FOS. That said, @CBDOKIE is a standup guy - he’s due the benefit of doubt when it comes to bad lab COA’s.

:joy: ayyyy cmon man that sample for candy was for the candy seems accurate. I tested a proendo sample of a finished product with a finished product coa.

Let’s not point fingers and just give me all the d8

always appreciate the positivity @anon1342. You can say what you want but if a state lab tests our oil and its loq then thats what it is.

Thanks man. I take this shit super serious. I have spent a lot of time and money to try to dial this in. We have hired some really smart folks and I thought the guys had it dialed in. I have seen COAs from others in this community showing more potent than ours with no D9.
