I never even got the coa for that reaction, I actually found 200 grams of it and had it tested by kca and it had 40% 6a10a which is what I think he was referring to
He was so excited to patent someone else discovery he never sent me the coa or even told me what I made
I only found out about this patent because @tokesandtinkery posted it and alex had him take it down

It made a round on sm recently with active chemists talking about their own sops and product available.
That’s a tough burden of proof to make when you didn’t provide the sop.
I have all the messages talking about the r and d I did and him asking questions about it, this wasn’t just 1 test I can show you 5+ other tests of the same reaction in different solvents all tested by him. He used my data
It doesn’t take much to get a provisional which is what they filed on 12-19, a provisional just gives you a place in line and a set date for your “patent” it allows you to finish your patent and then once it’s done you file your final and once approved it goes live. They don’t have to approve it though, I can show you provisional that never worked out and a final wasn’t granted. No one except mecholum has a patent on d10 which is why he got a provisional so easy.
All you’d need to do to get a provisional on something like this is say I figured out a way to make d10 at above 163 c and 220c ( Alex claims his patent works on ANY catalyst that works between those temps sulphur or not)
If no ones done it they’ll grant you your provisional, then you can keep working on it to finalize all the chemistry or tech or whatever. The final was issues this year, he didn’t have to have the full patent and sop finalized to get a provisional. Some of the chemistry is incorrect and I can prove it, he still has the patent though.
The testing data they generate is private data in my eyes, they shouldn’t be using it to their own advantage

You have to understand patents don’t finish in days. They cost money, drafts and attorneys time. It’s not lining up in my head man.

I understand anyone can pay for a patent filing. Filling it out with the meat of the sandwich can be tested though
If you think you have claim consult someone and spend your money. It’s not worth it in my situation.

After you get your provisional you have a year to finalize the patent and submit it

No, some of his chem is off… he still has a fucking patent on d10 made with any catalyst between 163c and 220c, in solvent or not (using d9, d8 won’t make d10 anyways)
