From my understanding reading fully indepths in a lot of conversations. 100% D8 isnt possible. yet. when you convert you dont get a 100% conversion. there are methods of pulling or converting the d9, but that knowledge isnt shared and is $$$ to those who have discovered the method for it. i cant recall the term used for it.
