Custom Turn-Key Closed Loop Butane Extraction Units for Sale

Item: Custom Turn-Key Butane Extraction Unit(s) (2 for sale)

Location: Indiana, USA

Price: $500,000/individual, $940,000/both

We are looking to sell up two of our fully contained butane extraction units. These units have been workhorses for us the past 4 months or so. The reason we are trying to sell 2 of them is because we have a larger extraction unit being installed before the end of the year and we’re trying to free up some capital to fund our other improvement projects. Here are some pictures:

The overall housing is based on an up-cycled standard shipping container fabricated by CBD Modular (www.cbdmodular.com). The standardized form makes it easy to transport to the buyer. Additionally, because of the portable nature of the overall container, these are not considered permanent structures by our local fire marshal (your results may vary, please check first!). For regulatory purposes, these are considered “equipment” for us.

The container consists of 3 separate isolated rooms: 1 operator control room, 1 storage room (which also houses the chiller), and 1 fire safety rated extraction chamber with Butane monitoring and automated fire suppression systems. The extraction chamber is currently C1D2-rated but is also considered C1D1-compliant. Our local fire marshal only required C1D2 rating, so that is what we had it officially rated to. In addition to the automated fire suppression, there is a manual trigger in the operator room.

The extraction equipment is an automated closed-loop Holos 20 extraction system from Elf Extraction (HOLOS 20 — Elf Extraction). It is capable of extracting 20lbs of biomass per run. The 3 vessels (solvent tank, product column, and recovery pot) are all jacketed with the ability to run 90°F Hot Jacket or -40°F Cold Jacket. The hot jacket fluid has an adjustable heater and can go well above 90°F if you like. The cold jacket temperature is fixed.

The operator control room is climate-controlled and has a manual control panel linked up to the PC-based control and monitoring system. All the equipment is fully controlled and monitored from the control panel in the operator room. We have mostly been operating in full manual mode in order to train our guys, but the control system is capable of setting up and running automated extraction “recipes”. We have our own recipes developed, we would be glad to show you how to set-up your own.

The container requires 480V 3-Phase power for the chiller, and 240V single phase power for everything else in the container.

The listed purchase price includes the cost of shipping and also installation and training services by our guys. Serious prospective buyers can reach out to myself or @mcpikeig via DM for questions and should be prepared to provide proof of funds and/or other verification information (EIN, references) if necessary.
