heated enclosure is designed to accept a pallet sized 40” x 48” skid with (4)
55 gallon drum heaters on it.

- Fabricated ready-to-use Heating Jacket & Digital Controller
- Custom Built Flexible Heating Jacket systems constructed as follows:
- Frame constructed of 1” OD piping
- Easy to assemble/disassemble corner pieces provided
- Size – 48” x 54” x 53” high
- Silicone Insulated Heating Element
- TPU laminated nylon- water-proof & tear resistant
- Felted PE insulation
- 1” thick expanded polyester insulation with a FSK facing (foil facing) throughout the entire Heating Jacket
- Inner Liner – urethane backed nylon
- Dabond 2000 thread – UV and abrasion resistant Grommets along the top edge will allow secure attachment to the frame
- Nylon webbing straps and buckles to draw the heater snug
- 208v, single phase operation
- Total power estimated at 4,800 watts; (2) 2,400 watt Heating Zones
- Temperature control via (2) Digital Micro Processors, one per zone
All sides and the top section will be heated to attain the wattage quoted.
