That glass jar looks like extremely fatty, wax filled extract. That’s that 1.4k crumble. The stuff in the Tupperware was fire… at first. Prices kinda bottomed out if you ask me, but that should be turning around soon.

There’s A LOT of rubber tasting, low grade, fat filled, waxy crumble floating around rn because everyone lowballed so much everyone else started making price appropriate product. The downside is making better product does appear to get you a slightly higher price, but definitely reduces overall sales.

Ya wanna come in low, get less terpz

This is why you can’t just compare apples to oranges and expect prices to be low for good stuff. I tried adding my time into the cost at 20 an hour and it comes out to 2400 cost to produce on average

Lol what? Explain sir

If it were to cost me that much to produce a lb I think I’d just have to slit my wrists man. It makes my stomach hurt just thinking about such a high COG.

Lol we don’t run the same! I don’t care how cheap people can produce it for. I run the best material in the country/ world

I’m pretty sure we run pretty much the same material these days, but that’s cool.

Unless you’re running tops all day… which would be ridiculous.

4lb run

$260 material (I grew)
$150 in consumables (DI, alcohol, nitrogen, crc powders)
$20 for replacing a gasket or some shit
$60 let’s say prep to pour takes 3 hours (being generous)

I’m at $490

My outdoor yielded ~18% on average

So ~322 g’s of oil for $490

Note: This doesn’t include gas loss. But that’s nothing crazy…

Numbers would obv. be different if I was running indoor material. And especially if it was material that I didn’t grow…
