That’s what I what I was looking for.
I can recommend
Taiko activated clays
Taiko omega 1G
it s H2so4 activated and has a ph of 4.2
it s like T41 but without any carbon
It s my clay of choice for diamond end products
the clay once primed with fresh solvent is self filtering and doesn t need a DE or celite bed
Holy moly @Hansel! That is one seriously expensive bag of dirt! I will post a sample photo in @Kingofthekush420 's new thread
anyone have a line on bulk perform6000 or any other pure-flo products? I’m waiting on a pallet but need some like yesterday…
check the crc thread someone had a pallet of b80 outta ca recently
I’m curious about the effectiveness of this as well.
Considering what this stuff is DO NOT place that order. 50lbs for $850… for one of the most abundant forms of silica on the planet.
The reason thats listed as being so expensive is because its a soluble form of silica, so its being sold as a specialty plant nutrient.
@ScoobyDoobie Exactly
As far as plant nutrient costs go, this is way cheaper than using bottled silica…
Have you ever looked into burning silica rich biomass like some grasses to feed your plants the ashes ???
There are several papers on this
And Defenatly a lot cheaper
I havent! I Have access to damn near infinite amounts of wetland grass and alfalfa. Fresh or dried (hay)
Do you happen to have links to the papers? If not I will start searching google
I ll have go look them up but Google will give some results for sure
It s a comon practice i teach cannabis growers in poor country s
Duckweed is the highest silica content
If i am not mistaken
And mango seeds the big nut inside the fruit
Blazelabsolutions has perform 6000
Thanks again, I really appreciate it.
The mentioned that maize stalk and leaves were very high in silica. I have access to tons of this as well.
Excited to give this a try on next year’s outdoor
