it might be. my reading suggests the cannabinoids were feed to the microsomes in micro-molar amounts in ethanol.

the issue with using detergents like tween would be that they will tear the membranes up at high concentration.

so I got no idea how to make this work at any sort of useful scale…

Okay, dumb idea number 6,725,304:

Spread the thc into a film a fraction of a micron thick and apply the aqueous homogenate to the surface?

Edit: I wonder if liver enzymes are soluble in MCT
