Now performed a Chromatography run with DE/Silicagel in a normal Glas column. Really shown me why i always hated doing chromatography in university, takes for ever even when lighlty pushing.
Winterisation worked great, a lot of wax and lipids dropped out, filtered them out. But for color, still a quite dark amber.
Not again looking into that route. Maybe will play around a little more with Buchner funnel method. for clean up, but else work more on cold extraction technique and integrated crc. If not i will just stay the actual route but with Buchner and use for edibles only.
Going for distillation doesn’t seem the right way atm, since i‘m talking less then 1 kg/year, or what do you think. A normal short path destillation setup (1 L Round Flask, with 40 Vacuum Jacketed Vigreux column if needed, sadly lost my 5 l Set during a move) would be available.
