Control the oil intake hole to solve the problem of oil leakage

Leakage:

  1. Filled-cartridge leak when you store them on the shelf or at the warehouse?
  2. Filled-cartridge leak during transportation?
  3. No matter your oil is thin or thick, after a period of time, oil leakage occurs. You can even find the leaked oil at the top of the hook-up battery?

The most basic reason for oil leakage is that the oil enters the heating core through the oil hole and absorbed by cotton, the cotton in the cannot absorb more oil, then oil leaks out into the airflow and flows to the bottom.

How can we solve the oil spill? It’s very simple:

  1. When you are going to vape it, open the oil intake hole
  2. When you are not using it, close the oil intake hole

If you are an extraction facility helping the customer to fill the cartridge or a store that needs to store filled cartridges on shelves waiting to be sold. This product can help you solve the problem of oil leakage when you store them in a long time.

N-lock is our latest innovation, users can control the opening and closing of the oil intake hole by twisting the metal ring.

It perfectly solves the leakage situation of the cartridge in the non-use state. If you are still worried about the leakage of oil leakage, this is a perfect cartridge for you.

The oil won’t flow into the intake hole before you tear off the sealed bar.Such a design can prevent your filled vape device from leaking.

More important, you can easily judge whether someone have used your vape device before you get it.

We had guy get us on this design.

U better give them out for free till they outta beta testing bc they will fall apart at the lock if like the guy from last year with that crap

Great idea just we all spent bunch money on this idea for it to be failure and some of us lost. Hope the kinks are fixed

You spent monoey on similar design and all fail?

We have already made it and first batch samples will be available before June

Hopefully the bearing assembly assembly at the locking.mechanism is strong. The last design I used like this was far too weak. It didn’t take much to break at the bearing. Show us videos of the cart screwed into a battery and put some pressure/leverage against the mouthpiece as if trying to snap the cart off the battery show us the amount of play and flex in that joint.
