Another good option is @sweethemp from Vegas / Southern California. I know he presently has ongoing Oklahoma relations and may be more inclined to solve due to convenience of location

Literally just about to say that. After my own (and several of my friends) experiences investor builds are more trouble than they’re worth. It’s like fixing someone else’s computer - if someone else that isn’t you fucks it up they blame you. I’ve built several farms, this is what I love to do…Just not with investors. A lot of the time it’s unpaid work just to hear ‘Oops! That’s way more than what we want to spend!’
